Simple and cheap model (around 690 french francs in 1972), Kowa Set-II was one of the only fixed lens 135 reflexes. Its pretty bright lens (1.9/50), featuring six lenses, a TTL cell (whose hand appears in the finder) and additional wide-angle (36mm) and zoom (88mm) lenses made it an attractive small budget camera. It features a central shutter (1/500° sec).
